The New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Upper East Region has suspended six constituency executives in the Pusiga constituency, citing alleged anti-party behavior.
The directive came through a letter dated February 20, 2025, penned by the Regional Chairman, Anthony Namoo, Esq.
The affected officials have been instructed to step aside and face the regional disciplinary committee to answer for their purported actions, though the precise nature of their offenses remains undisclosed.
Among those sidelined are Awinimi Emmanuel, the Constituency Communication Officer, alongside Belingumse Sawuda, who served as 2nd Vice Chairman, Haruna Salam, the Assistant Secretary, Kazussah Jacob, the Treasurer, Salifu Ibn Adam, the Elections and Research Officer, and Iddrisu Kadiri, the Deputy Nasara Coordinator.
