Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has called on the Ghana Armed Forces to uphold professionalism and ensure a peaceful election come December 7, 2024. Speaking at the 2024 graduation ceremony of the Ghana Armed Forces Command and Staff College, the Vice President underscored the importance of the military's role in maintaining peace during the election period. Addressing the graduates of the Senior Command and Staff Course 45 and recipients of the Master of Science in Defence and International Politics, Dr. Bawumia emphasized the need for the Armed Forces and other security agencies to utilize their training and expertise to prevent any form of violence during the elections.
