As discussions continue on the decision by the Attorney General and Minister of Justice, Dominic Ayine, to discontinue the case against former Minister of Works and Housing, , documents containing the charge sheet filed at the court by the former Attorney General, Godfred Dame, have surfaced.
The 33-page document captures the charges leveled against and four others for their role in the Saglemi Housing scandal.
Alhaji , alongside Andrew Clocanas (now deceased), former Executive Chairman of Construtora OAS Ghana Limited, Alhaji Ziblim Yakubu, former Chief Director of the Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing, Kweku Agyeman-Mensah, former Minister for Water Resources, Works and Housing, and Nouvi Tetteh Angelo, CEO of Ridge Management Solutions Ghana Limited, were slapped with seventy (70) counts of causing financial loss to the state.
