Deputy Minority Leader Madam Patricia Appaigyei has said that the trust state of the economy under President John Dramani Mahama has been lawlessness and insecurity.

She also said that the economy has been characterised by the revocation of employment by the Mahama administration.

Reacting to the State of the Nation address delivered by President Mahama in Parliament on Thursday, February 27, she urged President Mahama to fix the sinking economy if he claims Ghanaians voted a resounding victory for the NDC. "I don't think there's hope for anybody because all that I listened to were lamentations.

If you are lamenting, you have been given the mantle and you claim you have been given a resounding victory then fix it and what we expect are the plans to fix it," she said.
