The Director of Communications for the (NPP), Richard Ahiagbah, has responded to President 's statement on the operationalisation of the Agenda 111 hospital projects in the country.

According to him, the operationalization of constructed Agenda 111 facilities is solely the responsibility of the president.

He accused the president of being dishonest in his statements that the hospitals are not operational, asserting that the facilities are, in fact, ready to operate. "It's disingenuous for President John Dramami Mahama to say the hospitals are not operational when he knows it's his responsibility to make them operational," he wrote on X on February 27, 2025.

To clarify the matter, Ahiagbah stated that the Agenda 111 project, a flagship initiative under the administration of former President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo aimed at addressing gaps in the healthcare system following the COVID-19 pandemic, had three hospitals constructed and commissioned.
