A 43-year-old bartender, Esi Affumwaa, is in police custody at Assin Wurakese after allegedly biting off a customer's testicles during a violent confrontation over 20 pesewas.
The victim, identified as 36-year-old Osman, reportedly purchased a cigarette for GH¢1.20 but paid only GH¢1, promising to settle the balance later.
However, when Affumwaa demanded the remaining 20 pesewas, a heated argument ensued, escalating into a physical altercation.
In the course of the fight, Affumwaa allegedly bit off Osman's testicles, leaving him with severe injuries.
