Deputy Attorney-General (A-G) nominee, Justice Srem-Sai has told the Appointments Committee of Parliament that his Doctorate Degree Programme abroad was funded by the Ghana Education Trust Fund (GETFund).
He did his PhD at the University of Leeds School of Law, Leeds, England, UK.
His areas of research included constitutional law enforcement, human rights policy and litigation, corporate governance, legislative review, and the interface between law, poverty, and disability.
He said it cost the state around 20,000 Pounds a year for the tuition to complete the project.
