The Paramount Chief of Lower Dixcove traditional area in Ahanta West Municipality, Nana Kwesi Agyeman IX, yesterday 24th February, 2025 paid a courtesy call on Western Regional Minister, Joseph Nelson, at Western Regional Coordinating Council (WRCC).
The traditional ruler accompanied by his elders, said they paid the courtesy call on the Minister to show appreciation to President for appointing him as the minister for the region.
In addition to that, the Chief said his delegation wanted to take the lead as the first traditional rulers to visit the Minister as one sign of love and respect for being one of the loyal sons of Ahanta to have occupied the enviable position.
During the meeting with the Minister, the paramount Chief and his entourage, enumerated a number of development projects they said that have been lacking in Ahanta and must be tackled by government.
