The Chairperson of the (EC), , has described the 2024 general elections as the best in the history of Ghana's Fourth Republic.
Speaking at an Inter-Party Advisory Committee (IPAC) meeting on February 26, 2025, Mensa commended the transparency, fairness, and credibility of the electoral process, which saw the (NDC) emerge victorious.
Addressing representatives of political parties, civil society organizations (CSOs), and media partners, Mensa congratulated the NDC on their victory, stating, "You won the 2024 elections without a shadow of a doubt.
As they say, 'nothing missing, nothing broken.' It was clear that you were the winners of the elections.
