The Supreme Court has reportedly thrown out a review application on its squashing of two legal actions challenging the passage of the Human Sexual Rights and Family Values Bill, commonly known as the anti-gay bill.

The court threw out the review application after broadcaster Richard Dela Sky withdrew his application through his lawyer, Paa Kwasi Abaidoo, during the session on Wednesday, February 26, 2025.
