Joseph Bikanyi Kuyon has been appointed as the Director-General of the National Disaster Management Organization (NADMO), the government agency responsible for disaster response and emergency management in Ghana.
Kuyon, a retired Ghana Armed Forces officer, brings extensive experience in security, finance, corporate governance, and conflict resolution.
He holds a Ph.D.
