Deputy Minister-designate for Trade, Agribusiness, and Industry, Samson Ahi, has refuted claims that roads in the Bodi District of the Western North Region were tarred under the previous administration.

According to him, not a single kilometer of tarred road was added over the past eight years.

During his vetting before Parliament's Appointments Committee on Monday, February 24, Mr Ahi was questioned by Member of Parliament for Okaikwei Central, Patrick Boamah, about the state of roads in the Bodi District.

Mr Boamah asked whether it was true that the town roads in Bodi had been tarred by the previous NPP administration.
