Investigative journalist Manasseh Azure Awuni has debunked claims that he is evading service in the suit against him by SML.
According to him, it is public knowledge that he has been out of the country since August 2024.
He is therefore shocked that SML and their lawyers could not serve him through substituted service like they have done in the past but rather get stories published on their suit against him.
The investigative journalist has since asked his lawyers to ensure that he is served so that he can defend himself in court. "This is the 11th defamation suit against me since 2015.
