Honorable Joseph Osei Owusu, the Member of Parliament for Bekwai, has vehemently denied accusations that members of the Appointment Committee accept bribes to facilitate the approval of potential ministers during their vetting.
In an interview on Asetene PA with Akoto Mansa monitored by MyNewsGH, Osei Owusu addressed these claims head-on, emphasizing the importance of evidence when making serious allegations. "It is not true that members of the Appointment Committee receive bribes," he asserted. "Ghanaians often make wild allegations without any shred of evidence, and this bribe claim is just another illustration of this behavior."
