The Koforidua High Court has approved a substituted service order for the Member of for Nsawam-Adoagyiri, Frank Annoh-Dompreh, in connection with an election petition filed by the (NDC).

The court ruled that after multiple unsuccessful attempts to serve the MP in person, alternative methods of service would be implemented.

As per the court's directive, the writ will be served to Annoh-Dompreh through the following channels; the Nsawam-Adoagyiri High Court, the Koforidua High Court, a community radio station (Fawe FM), five information centers in Nsawam-Adoagyiri, three major public notice boards in the constituency, and the (NPP) Constituency Office in Nsawam-Adoagyiri.

These measures will remain in effect for ten days to ensure that Annoh-Dompreh is duly informed about the election petition.
