Professor Kwabena Frimpong-Boateng, founder of the National Cardiothoracic Centre at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital, has responded to allegations by veteran lawyer Kwabla Senanu, who accused him of blocking medical treatment for the late former Deputy Minister of Finance, Victor Selormey.

Frimpong-Boateng questioned the lawyer's mental state, referring to a spiritual ordeal Senanu reportedly experienced in 2013. "If my information is right, reading from the Daily Graphic Online of April 8, 2013, I hope the effects of the spiritual attacks described by you in the publication-where you alluded to the unsettling vision of a hippopotamus lifting your bed into the air, after which you would fall asleep in odd places, including the Supreme Court of Ghana-have worn off," Prof.
