The Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) has removed former Minister of Finance, , from its list of wanted persons following a communication from his legal team confirming his voluntary return to Ghana.
On Tuesday February 18, 2025, 's lawyers transmitted a communication to the OSP, providing a definite date for his return to the country.
The OSP, in response to the communication, deemed 's stated return date reasonable under the circumstances.
Consequently, the OSP rescheduled the date for 's attendance, aligning it with his voluntary return.
