Former Presidential Staffer who is also a private legal practitioner, Akbar Yussif Rohullah Khomeini has criticised the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) for issuing a wanted poster for former Finance Minister, Ken Ofori-Atta.
He accused the OSP of abusing and misapplying the law. "Ken Ofori-Atta isn't a suspect at law.
He has neither been arrested nor charged for any offence.
The OSP is abusing and misapplying the law," he wrote on Facebook on Monday, February 17.
