The National Democratic Congress (NDC) has filed an election petition challenging the legitimacy of the declared winner in a recent parliamentary election.
Dr.
Sofo Tanko Rashid insists that the process was fraught with irregularities and cannot be accepted as a fair outcome.
Speaking on the matter, he stated, "We have filed an election petition against the declaration of Honourable Ane as the winner of that contest.
