The whereabout of Former Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta is known and has been made available by his lawyers to the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP), Director of Communications of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Richard Ahiagbah, has said.
Mr Ahiagbah states that Ken Ofori-Atta is not a fugitive, contrary to the OSP claim. "OSP is frolicking alone, at odds with the law and basic human sensitivity.
Ken Ofori-Atta is not a fugitive from justice….!" He wrote on X.
The OSP has released a wanted poster for former Finance Minister, Ken Ofori-Atta.
