The Deputy Director of Operations at the Presidency, Mustapha Gbande, has issued a strong warning that former Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta will be brought to justice, even if it means prosecuting his dead body.
Speaking in an interview with Joy News on Monday, February 17, Gbande made it clear that the government is determined to retrieve every stolen public fund and ensure accountability. "If Ken Ofori-Atta should refuse to come, every measure will be deployed to bring him down to this country.
If for any reason he passes on, his dead body will be prosecuted and jailed, and every stolen money belonging to the people of Ghana will be retrieved.
It is not just an agenda of government but a mandate," he stated.
