Private legal practitioner, Martin Kpebu, has called for a vivid investigation into the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) regarding corruption-related cases.
In a discussion on TV3 monitored by GhanaWeb on February 15, 2025, Martin Kpebu raised concerns about the legitimacy of the OSP, Kissi Agyebeng.
He explained that the Office of the Special Prosecutor has been given a lot of leverage to act with questioning; therefore, he could have deliberately delayed the investigation relating to 's embezzlement of state funds. "Kissi's office itself, we need to specialise in scrutinising the Special Prosecutor.
I think we have been giving too much support and not scrutinising the office.
