The Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) has welcomed a total of 50,895 newly admitted students for the 2024/2025 academic year.

Announcing this at the virtual matriculation ceremony, KNUST Vice-Chancellor, Professor Mrs.

Rita Akosua Dickson, revealed that the university received 92,975 applications, of which 69,882 met the basic entry requirements.

However, due to certain constraints, KNUST could only admit 50,895 students, comprising 11,084 postgraduate students and 39,811 undergraduate students.
