A 26-year-old man, Mustapha Hamidu, has been remanded in police custody for allegedly selling broken tiles packaged in mobile phone covers as mobile phones.
He pleaded not guilty to attempting to commit a crime and defrauding by false pretence when he appeared before the Accra Circuit Court, presided by Faustina Mensah.
