Stephen Amoah has defended the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) in its ongoing investigations, stating that the institution has full legal authority to summon individuals for questioning.
Speaking on Joy News monitored by MyNewsGH, he explained, "The OSP has a legal mandate to embark on what it is doing.
There's nothing wrong with inviting someone for interrogation if the law allows it." His comments come amid discussions surrounding high-profile cases, including the SML deal and the National Cathedral scandal, which have drawn political attention.
