Appiah Stadium has made no secret of his determination to secure a position in John Dramani Mahama's government.

The Kumasi-based political activist and staunch National Democratic Congress (NDC) supporter, whose real name is Frank Kwaku Appiah, has explained his motivation for attempting to get closer to the president at a recent event. "Mahama is a good person, but as I have said before, even if I had the opportunity to meet him every day, I wouldn't do that," Appiah Stadium stated. "However, since I was in Accra, I had to get closer to him to remind him of my presence in case there was a job opportunity." His comments reflect the political reality in Ghana, where grassroots supporters often expect to be rewarded for their loyalty once their preferred candidate assumes office.

Having been a vocal advocate for Mahama throughout his political career, Appiah Stadium believes his efforts should translate into tangible benefits. "When I met him, he asked me to come to the Jubilee House, and I did.

But I am still in talks with him regarding an appointment.
