Immediate past Chief Executive Officer for Ghana National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC), Edward Bawa has confirmed that he has been reassigned to GOIL.
According to him, the decision to reassign him is part of the President's broad energy sector strategy.
In a post shared via social media, Edward Bawa confirmed his new post saying "I have been reassigned to GOIL as Group CEO, effective immediately, as part of the President's broader energy sector strategy".
Edward Bawa was one of the first appointees announced by the President of Ghana to occupy the CEO position at GNPC.
