Vincent Ekow Assafuah, the Member of Parliament for Old Tafo, has called for former Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta to face the consequences of his actions following the latest developments from the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP).

His remarks come at a time when Ofori-Atta has been officially declared a suspect in multiple corruption-related investigations, fueling intense public scrutiny.

Speaking in an interview on an unrelated matter, Assafuah was asked about his stance on the ongoing situation after Special Prosecutor Kissi Agyebeng revealed that Ofori-Atta had left the country despite repeated invitations to return.

The OSP has since labeled him a fugitive, adding another layer of controversy to the already heated discourse surrounding the former minister's dealings.
