Former Deputy Organizer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Chief Biney, has celebrated the final dissolution of his marriage to the New Patriotic Party's Afia Akoto.
This comes after Afia Akoto presented the final bottle of drink to the family of Chief Biney.
In a post celebrating his freedom after five years, he said, "A Man's heart plans his ways but God Almighty directs his steps.
