Ephraim Ayeh Oracca-Tetteh, a blind student at the University of Ghana, has defied the odds to graduate as valedictorian with a 4.0 FGPA.
Initially aspiring to be a visual artist, his dreams shifted when a health condition led to deteriorating eyesight.
Undeterred, he sought support from the Ghana Blind Union, mastered Assistive Technology, and pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Philosophy & Classics, and Archaeology.
His excellence earned him the Alumni Prize for Best Level 200 Humanities Student and a place at the Vice-Chancellor's Awards.
