Former Auditor-General Daniel Domelevo has dismissed claims that the Operation Recover All Loot (ORAL) Committee is engaging in witch-hunting, insisting that any such effort would collapse in court.

Speaking on Citi Breakfast Show on Tuesday, February 11, Domelevo stressed that the committee's report is based on evidence received, not investigations.

He encouraged anyone feeling unfairly targeted to pursue legal action. "If you think we've damaged your reputation, you can go to court," he told host Bernard Avle.

Meanwhile, legal expert and former Berekum MP, Captain (Rtd.) Nkrabea Effah Dartey, has raised concerns over the ORAL report's legal standing.
