Former Central Regional Minister, Kwamena Duncan, has criticized the flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), John Mahama, describing him as an opposition leader who lacks a sense of urgency and seriousness. Speaking on Peace FM on Wednesday, August 21, 2024, monitored by GhanaWeb, Kwamena Duncan said John Mahama, as the leading opposition leader, must be proactive and let Ghanaians know what good policies and programs the NDC party has for them. He said: "You don't see any sense of urgency and seriousness with John Mahama, who wants to be elected as president. We have barely three to four months until the general elections, but nothing appears to have changed with John Mahama. If he were serious, he would have by now told Ghanaians what he wants to do for them when given the chance to be president. "So that by now, our hearts and minds would have been captured.
