Two MMDCE aspirants from the Builsa North Constituency, Ignatius Akaboka and Imoro Abudu have submitted a petition to the NDC MMDCE vetting committee, the Upper East Regional Chairman and the Regional vetting committee on issues regarding the vetting process.

The two in their petition alleged a suspicion of bias and corruption and have expressed dissatisfaction regarding the delay in the release of the results of the vetting process.

The two aspirants in the petition, accuse the Upper East Regional Minister who doubles as the NDC Regional secretary for bias and are calling on him to recuse himself from all processes until investigation is carried out to determine the true reflection of the results.

The aspirants are therefore demanding the release of the true copy of the vetting results with immediate effect and other reliefs.
