Felix Kwakye Ofosu, Minister of State for Government Communication, has criticised the Minority for their unwarranted attack on the clerk of the Appointments Committee, Mrs Gifty Jiagge-Gobah, describing it as a major blot on their conduct.
The Minority had called on the clerk to resign and seek employment with the National Democratic Congress (NDC).
The caucus accused the clerk of bias in favour of the Majority, stating that she fails to seek the Minority's consent before advertising vetting schedules.
Speaking in an interview on The Point of View on Channel One TV on Monday, Ofosu Kwakye emphasised that the attack was unnecessary and highlighted the inconsistency in the Minority's participation in the committee.
