Ghanaian actress and media personality, Adu Safowaah, has commemorated one year since her attempt at the Guinness World Record (GWR) challenge for the Longest Speech by an Individual. The event, which took place at La Palm Royal Beach Hotel from February 9 to 14, 2024, followed strict guidelines, including the requirement that each speech last at least five minutes with only brief30-second pausesbetween speeches.
Additionally, a question-and-answer session was permitted, provided the individuals posing the questions remained unseen.Despite completing the challenge a year ago, Adu Safowaah has yet to receive official confirmation from Guinness World Records.
In a statement shared on her social media page on Sunday, Febraury 9, 2025, she expressed gratitude to God for His guidance, protection, strength, and wisdom throughout the process.
She also extended appreciation to her family and friends, whom she described as her rock, for their unwavering support.
