Award-winning Ghanaian gospel singer, Diana Antwi Hamilton has called on Ghanaians to offer prayers and support for embattled musician Okomfour Kwadee, following the circulation of distressing videos of him last week.   She also cautioned against the glorification of drug use, emphasizing its dangers, especially among creatives.Speaking in a conversation about how to assist the once-vibrant hiplife star on UTV's United Showbiz last weekend, Diana stressed that musicians do not need drugs to perform at their best.

She lamented the growing normalization of substances such as marijuana, commonly known as "wee," which, according to her, has been infused into products like toffees, chewing gum, and balloons. "Some people have become so addicted to it and have taken it to the next level by using tramadol and other hard drugs," she noted.

The 'Perfect God' singer also addressed the perception that parents are solely to blame when their children fall into drug addiction.

She argued that parenting has no manual, and many parents do their best to guide their children but still struggle to prevent such issues.
