Finali Limited, the company that owns the Airport Hills residential property in the Greater Accra Region, has confirmed that Ghana's Minister of Foreign Affairs, , does not own the said property, which sparked some controversy during his vetting.

This clarification comes after Ablakwa petitioned the company to provide official documentation to the Appointments Committee of , following claims by the Minority that he owns the property.

In a letter addressed to the Appointments Committee on Monday, February 3, Finali Limited provided details of Ablakwa's tenancy arrangement.

The company stated that a tenancy agreement was signed on March 1, 2017, between Husni Altheebeh, , and Nuhela Seidu, with Finali Limited granting consent for the arrangement on August 8, 2018.
