Many constituents of North Tongu were overjoyed when their Member of Parliament, Mr Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, was sworn into office as the new Minister of Foreign Affairs at the Presidency.
The atmosphere in the constituency was filled with joy and high hopes as the people of North Tongu believed that Mr Ablakwa's leadership and expertise would bring immense benefits to the country.
