Work is steadily progressing on the La General Hospital project after a long hold up.
Residents are appealing to the government to allocate funds for a speedy completion of the project which was started by the previous government.
The reconstruction of the La General Hospital has lingered since 2020 after the old facility was demolished.
After more than 3 years, construction started last year with an October 2024 deadline to open OPD services.
