The of Ghana was forced to adjourn during its sitting on Friday, February 7, 2025.
GhanaWeb's correspondent, George Ayisi, reported that the sitting was adjourned after members of the Minority Caucus raised concerns over the inadequate number of MPs present.
The Minority pointed out that the number of MPs present did not meet the required one-third of the House, which is approximately 93 members.
The Deputy Minority Chief Whip, Habib Iddrisu, raised the issue just a few minutes after the sitting commenced.
