Frank Amoakohene has revealed that he was made aware of his recent appointment barely a day before the ministerial list was put out by the presidency.
Speaking on Starr Chat with Bola Ray, he said he did not expect to be considered for the coveted position when President John Mahama took office.
He stated he got word about his appointment through a "whistleblower". "I didn't see it coming.
