Majority Chief Whip and Member of Parliament for Nsawam-Adoagyiri, Frank Annoh-Dompreh, has issued a strong warning, vowing continuous demonstrations and unrest in Parliament if the Electoral Commission (EC) fails to declare the New Patriotic Party (NPP) candidate as the winner of the Ablekuma North parliamentary election within a week.

Expressing his frustration to some party members, Annoh-Dompreh accused the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) of obstructing the process and warned of consequences. "If they (NDC) are not reasonable enough to know that, based on the collated results, we have won the Ablekuma North parliamentary election, the NDC MPs will not know peace in Parliament.

We will continue to demonstrate.

So, if they do not allow the EC to re-collate, they will not know peace.
