Damongo lawmaker Samuel Abu Jinapor has reminded North Tongu Lawmaker and Chair of the Operational Recover All Loots (ORAL) Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa of the need to always hear the other side before passing judgment.
He stated that even God applied the principle of natural justice, in other words, the audi alteram partem before passing judgment on people.
During proceedings in parliament for the approval of the ministerial nominees, Abu Jinapor indicated that Mr Ablakwa haunted people he though they were engaged in wrong doing in the media without giving them a hearing.
This, in his view, was wrong. "Even God passed judgment after hearing Adam," the former Lands and Natural Resources Minister said.
