The Achimota District Court has revoked the arrest warrant issued against Karen Baaba Sam by her ex-partner, Nana Kwadwo Adjei, amidst a legal battle over their daughter.
It is worth recalling that the court granted Nana Adjei partial custody of the child, but Karen refused to comply with the order and produce the child after a visit, which Nana Adjei claimed was a violation of the court's decision.
Suspecting that Karen might be planning to travel out of the country with the child, Nana Adjei requested an injunction.
As a result, an order was issued to the CID, immigration, and Social Welfare to prevent her from taking the child abroad.
