The Ghana Police Service has apprehended three individuals in connection with the violent disturbances that broke out during the football match between Nsoatreman FC and Kumasi Asante Kotoko FC on 2nd February 2025 at Nsoatre in the Bono Region.
The unrest tragically led to the death of one person.
The arrested suspects have been identified as Ignatius Baffour Awuah, Agyemang Duah Owusu, and Kyeremeh Joseph.
They are currently in police custody, where they are assisting with the ongoing investigation.
