Minority Leader Alexander Afenyo-Markin has accused the Operation Recover All Loot (ORAL) team, led by Foreign Affairs Minister-nominee Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, of conducting aerial surveillance on his private properties using drones.
Speaking on JoyNews' The Probe on Sunday, February 2, 2025, the Effutu MP claimed that drones were flown over his properties in Winneba and Abelenkpe on multiple occasions.
He said that while he was aware of the surveillance, he chose to remain silent because he had nothing to hide, emphasizing that all his assets were legally acquired.
Afenyo-Markin's accusations follow revelations made by Ablakwa during his vetting on Friday, January 31, where he disclosed details about the Minority Leader's properties.
