(NPP) communications team member, Kwesi Botchway Jnr, has called on the ruling (NDC) to prioritize fulfilling their mandate rather than engaging in propaganda.
Speaking in an interview on UTV on February 1, 2025, Kwesi Botchway challenged the NDC's claim that the number of beneficiaries reported by the outgoing NPP government had been inflated.
He urged the ruling party to take action instead of merely talking as if they were still in opposition. "If the NDC feels the Free SHS figures have been inflated and there has been some mismanagement, now that they are in power, they should stop talking.
They spoke to the extent that Ghanaians had faith in them and voted them into power.
