The Ghana National Fire Service has expressed concerns about receiving over 500 misdirected calls daily.
These calls include requests for airtime and disturbing propositions, such as men masturbating while speaking to female call centre agents.
According to ADO1 Alex King Nartey, Public Relations Officer for the Ghana National Fire Service, these unnecessary calls hinder the service's ability to respond to genuine emergencies.
In an interview with Angel TV, Nartey stated, "We receive approximately 500 prank calls daily.
