Kotey, who currently serves as the Referees Manager of the Ghana FA in an interview with Accra-based Top FM claims he was offered a bribe by George Afriyie to officiate on behalf of All Blacks. "George Afriyie came to my house and offered me a bribe during his time with All Blacks.
I wasn't aware of his coming, only for me to see Afriyie and one of my closest friends.
It was my friend who came to me and conveyed the message to me that George Afriyie wanted to see me. "I felt uncomfortable so I asked him to leave my house.
