Asante Kotoko coach, Prosper Narteh Ogum says his side will need a squad balance to clinch the 2024/25 Ghana Premier League title.
The Porcupine Warriors currently sit top of the league log with 34 points after 18 matches.
Speaking ahead of their game against Nsoatreman FC in the Matchday 19 games, Narteh Ogum emphasized the need to put up a good team that is capable of lifting another title. "We have the quality and we need to blend the quality to be able to make sure that we keep winning games that will make us win the championship," he told the club media. "So the quality is there, we have the quality in terms of goalkeeping, in terms of defence, in terms of midfield, in terms of attack, in terms of wingers, we have the quality. "But then as technical staff, we have to make sure that we blend them well so that we have a good balance, we have some stability in defence, stability in the middle of the park, stability in offence and then this balance and stability should be able to translate into consistency in performance. "It is not just about bringing these individual players on board, it is about blending them well and to the players they need to identify their qualities and use their quality which is their strength when they are given the chance to play," he added.
The game has been scheduled to kick off at 15:00 GMT at the Nana Kronmansah Park on Sunday.
